Neeraj Avinash Adbe is an Associate Director of SWS Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd. and has headed its Nagpur branch since 2017. He provides investment and insurance solutions to more than 250 families in and around Nagpur, building each financial plan around the family's own needs and putting it into practice through suitable asset allocation.
Before SWS he spent 16 years in purchase and supply chain roles with multinational and Indian organisations, growing from team member to team leader. He designed and implemented new systems in supply chain functions, and handled procurement of raw material and equipment for road-over-bridge projects across India.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Com. from RTMNU, Nagpur, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
