About Raghuvir

Raghuvir Purushottam Adhikari is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SWS Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd., formerly SWS Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Single Window Services. He started the business in 1994 with a simple idea: all financial services for a family, under one roof.
An engineer from College of Engineering Pune with an MBA from Symbiosis, he began his career in industry and term lending before moving into financial services. Under his leadership SWS grew from Nashik to branches in Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur and Wardha, built a home loan team, and set up Financial Literacy Clubs for students and teachers in nine management institutes across Nashik, Nagpur, Pune and Wardha.
He also started Muktangan, a publishing house that has brought out around 15 value-based books.

Beyond work
Running, reading and giving back.
A committed runner, Raghuvir has completed 40+ marathons, including the Airtel Half Marathon in Hyderabad, the Satara Hill Marathon and the Tata Mumbai Marathon. He started the SWS Nashik Rainathon as a health initiative for the city.
He enjoys teaching, public speaking, classical music and reading, and has published around 15 books.
