Swapnil Sunil Ekande is an Associate Director of SWS Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd. and has headed its Pune branch at Wadgaonsheri since 2015.
A Chartered Accountant with a Master's in Commerce from the University of Pune, he trained with P.S. Shingte & Co., Chartered Accountants, and later worked in finance and accounts at Sahyadri Hospitals and at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance before joining SWS.
At Sahyadri Hospitals he worked on a cost-saving strategy: reducing manpower cost by rescheduling shift timings, and easing a cash crunch by rescheduling payment due dates and credit periods.
